Zandu Rhumayog Gold Tablet is an ayurvedic formulation containing suvarna bhasma, yograj guggul, maharasnadi quath, bang bhasma, nag bhasma, loh bhasma, and other herbs. The tablet has gold in micro-pulverised form, accumulates the inflamed joints' synovial cells, and facilitates immunomodulatory activity. It helps alleviate progressing rheumatoid arthritis by inhibiting PG synthesis in the body.
